25 Things you didn’t know about: Kendall Hawley

1. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida (yes I still get just as excited to go to Disney)
2. I have the most amazing family…Parents have been married for 30 years and I have the best older sister Jennifer and brother-in-law Michael
3. My current obsession is my one year old nephew Porter (you guys will hear all about him)
4. I graduated from Missouri State University in ’08 GO BEARS! With a major in Mass Media and minor in Communications
5. I have lived in TN, MO, and AL (crazy stories as to how I ended up in each of them…)
6. I normally will always have bubble gum in my mouth…I have some in my mouth right now as I am writing this actually
7. I am deathly no exaggeration afraid of Cats
8. My friends all know about my “grown up smile” ask me to show you when you see me
9. I lived in China for two months
10.  I am very sarcastic and laugh at awkward moments
11.  I played volleyball in College
12.  I know lyrics to songs when they are playing but if the music is not on I some how forget the lyrics so I make them up
13.  My guilty pleasure is USweekly magazine…hence my 25 things you didn’t know about me J
14.  I joined the golf team for one day in High school as a joke and at the athletic banquet at the end of the year I received “Most Spirited award” I never even played in a game
15.  I was in the country of Burma for 10 minutes
16.  I was part of the M squad YAY! On the World Race January 2010 squad so I have been to 11 countries one of them being Cambodia
17.  I have preformed on stage with a live band on 3 different occasions even though I can not sing AT ALL
18.  I went white water rafting on the Nile River in Uganda…scariest thing I have ever done
19.  Most embarrassing moment was falling out of a van right onto my face in front of my entire squad and contact in the Philippines
20.  I have been in 12 weddings yeah yeah I know I am going to be like the girl on 27 dresses
21.  Okay how do people really come up with 25 things about themselves…this is hard
22.  I love watches even if they don’t actually tell the time I still wear them
23. I Love the Boston Red Sox and Josh Reddick will fall in love with me one day
24.  I had my first bowl of cereal when I was 21 years old
25.  I serve a creator that is IN LOVE WITH ME

So yea that is a little bit about me. God has really given me a passion for my generation and the generation to come to pour and invest into them. I feel beyond blessed to be able to lead you guys on this trip to Cambodia, every day I say “really God me”. God has transformed my life in crazy crazy ways. I am so excited and anxious to meet you guys and to spend 3 ½ months with you guys!!!!!
